Social
Prep is easier with accountability. The Social tab lets you connect with friends, track each other's progress, and even do peer mock interviews.
Adding Friends
- Go to Career → Social tab → Friends
- Enter your friend's email address (the one they used to sign in)
- They get a friend request — once accepted, you appear in each other's friend lists
Both users must be signed in with the same email they registered with.
Activity Feed
See what your friends have been solving recently — problems completed, streaks maintained, and design sessions. A lightweight way to stay motivated without any extra effort.
Shared Goals
Set a mutual target with a friend:
- Type — number of problems to solve, or days of streak
- Target — e.g. 50 problems
- Deadline — pick a date
Both of you track progress toward the same goal. Great for keeping each other honest during an active prep sprint.
Problem Comparison
Select a friend and see a side-by-side view of:
- Problems you've both solved ✓
- Problems they've solved but you haven't
- Problems you've solved but they haven't
Use this to find gaps in your coverage or to suggest problems to each other.
Mock Sessions
Propose a peer mock interview with a friend:
- Pick a company and round (e.g. Google — System Design)
- Set a scheduled time
- Choose whether you are the interviewer or the interviewee
- Your friend accepts or declines
Once accepted, connect over Google Meet / Zoom. The app shows the round's problem prompt and time limit. Switch roles after the session to practice both sides.
Why peer mocks matter: Talking through a solution out loud under time pressure is a completely different skill from solving it silently. Do at least 5–10 peer mocks before a real interview loop.
